I want to grow hot peppers for all year round in my basement. I am not worried about heat output or anything like that. First how do i go about building one, and second where can i find free instructions for a 4-5 plant system. I wanted to make one like the one in stealth hydroponics, the bubbler with the water lines going right into the basket. Someone please help!!!
Hello
A Manual Hydroponics System can be just any container that holds water filled with clean 3/4 stones, water, and fertilizer used for growing plants.
This can be set-up for under $50.
You can often obtain suitable containers for free or a small fee that were used for bulk food grade liquids such as cooking oils.

i will say that your choices as to what kind of system you want will be limited due to your 50.00 budget. A five gallon bucket, small aquarium pump, and a few other materials will do the trick. As far as what kind of system you use…this will depend on how many vegetables you are trying to grow at one time.

I grew many house/garden plants Hydroponically using materials found around the house when I was a kid many moons ago. The only thing I had to purchase was the water soluble fertilizer. I often had over 50 plants in various stages of development (Cuttings, seeds, seedlings). (Jade plants, geraniums, etc.)
