Calling all hedge-, garden-, kitchen-, and herbal witches?

What are your two favorites herbs that you grow in your garden?
Two favorites you use in spellcraft?
Two favorites you use in cooking (which might be the same as the above question)?
I love to grow wood betony and yarrow.
I use lemon balm and betony in spells.
I cook with basil and garlic.

Favorites in my garden: lavender and Russian sage
Favorites in spellcraft: white cedar and white sage
Favorites in cooking: rosemary and basil

Sage, thyme, garlic, basil, laurel (true bay), horehound, lemons & oranges, lemon balm, mugwort (of course)– spanish bayonette grew wild in my last yard, great for relieving stomach cramps.

The majority of my herbs were used in spells at some point, or dried and reserved or made into tinctures or teas or brews or incenses, but most of them were also either culinary or medicinal, basically all purpose.

When my kids get older I’m interested in starting a poisonous herb bed (separate from the regular garden, of course, and fenced in well), and experimenting with some of the rarer, beautiful but more deadly herbs– belladonna, wolfsbane, hellibore, foxglove, whatever else I can get my hands on– which is possible now thanks to the internet. I’ve always been fascinated with herb gardening and mostly I just want to see many of these plants from folklore live and close up.

Garden – Rosemary (it can take a beating), Mint and Basil come in second.
Kitchen – Rosemary and Garlic. Basil, Cinnamon, thyme, and nutmeg all tie at 3rd place.
Spellcraft – Aloe, Mint, and white sage.

Sorry I have trouble narrowing down.
