The little girl represents your innocence as a child. Your are in bed with a man that you are not married to which is sin. Your B/F tries to save your innocence but you say no and when you do it is lost for ever.

I'd sense that the images of a child have a lot to do with your own desire to have children and hanging on is some thoughts you have as to whether this man of yours is going to be the father of your eventual children/child. The random family in the back is most likely your future family that at this point is not defined. Again, I could be wrong so take my thoughts with a grain of salt but I do feel your dream is really reflecting your worries over your relationship that you may have pushed out of your mind.
