I went out to the shop and have just returned, to find my neighbour has just finished washing himself with my garden hose and has put bath foam in my jacuzzi and jumped in. There are bubbles everywhere. The cat is sitting at my windowsill again! What can i do to stop this pest constantly taking advantage of my property?

He’s trespassing. Call the police.
As for the cat, who cares if it’s sitting at your windowsill? Sounds like that’s the least of your problems.

Absolutely call the authorities. Can you prove its your neighbour?
As for the cat on the window sill, you can discourage this by placing aluminum foil (shiny up) on the window sill. Cats dont seem to enjoy this metal, and will stay away.

i think you had better check the answers to your other questions if they were answered then do as they say. If not, call the animal control, police and newspaper. And don’t bother asking here because we can not give you any more information.

A person would have to be strange to do something like that. If he does it again, tell him to see a psychologist. If that doesn’t work, then call the police. You can get him for tress-passing. If you do something about it, it should stop, unless he retaliates. Last, but not least, pray that God will get a hold of him and change him.
